Overview
Contracting and invoicing, without the admin
Nexus is a working, live service. It handles the paperwork side of independent work so you can concentrate on the delivery side.
Every account is registered publicly and then approved manually. That extra step is deliberate: we want to know who we're working with, and we can flag mismatches early — before a bad fit becomes a problem for either side.
Once approved, Nexus contracts and invoices your clients on your behalf. You submit the work; Nexus produces the contract, issues the invoice and takes care of the administrative flow around it. The service fee is variable — it starts from 3%, the broad standard for typical managed contracting is around 5%, and VIP or complex arrangements can be higher, always agreed in writing up front.
What Nexus does not do
Nexus is not a way to bypass local rules on business licences, employment, or related-party invoicing. Some jurisdictions restrict invoicing without a required licence, and invoicing your own company or closely related parties can trigger tax, employment and anti-abuse rules. We review requests case by case, and we cannot and do not promise universal legality. If in doubt, please consult your own tax or legal advisor.
